Yes, all of our classes are beginner friendly and offer 1:1 instructor support as needed.

Our classes are typically 45 minutes. We offer one accelerated class (Power30) Monday-Friday at 12:15pm.

We recommend close-fitting athletic wear that you can comfortably perform active movement in. Each participant is required to wear grip socks during class to ensure safety while using the Megaformer. You can find these in the retail section of our lobby, or you may bring your own.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled class time. Check in at the front desk upon arrival and provide your license plate information for parking validation. We will verify your online class reservation and receipt of your consent form. You can book classes and complete your consent form on site if necessary (*Class entry is subject to availability. Due to this, it is best to reserve your class online before arrival.). Once you are checked in you will be provided with a warm hand towelette and shown to your personalized locker to store your belongings. Then you will enter the studio and select your Megaformer. Next, enjoy your high-intensity, low-impact workout with Instructor curated playlists enhancing the energy of the class. As you exit the studio you will receive a cool hand towelette. Head over to the lounge area to relax and enjoy complimentary refreshments from our hydration bar.

For general transformation and performance we recommend attending classes 2-3 times per week. For those seeking rapid changes in body composition and strength 4-5 classes per week is best.

Please arrive 15 minutes early for your class. We enforce a strict 5-minute late entry policy for the safety of yourself and all other guests. Entering the studio past the 5-minute late entry cutoff will not be permitted and will result in a late class cancellation with applicable fees and penalties.

Cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled class to avoid losing the credit or being charged a fee. All purchases are final. Extensions may be offered for medical emergencies with documentation.
