Welcome! As Studio Manager, I combine my passion for high-intensity movement with a commitment to building a vibrant, inclusive fitness community here at Lagree Pensacola. With an extensive background in both healthcare and fitness, I ensure that every client feels supported from the moment they step onto the Megaformer. As an NPC Bikini competitor and athlete I understand what it takes to sculpt and lean the body, and as a Critical Care Registered Nurse I understand how to maintain safety while doing so. I am dedicated to streamlining studio operations while sustaining the high-intensity, low-impact method, and energetic atmosphere that defines Lagree. My goal is to help every individual embrace the shake and achieve their peak performance.

Hi everyone! I was born and raised in Southern California and moved to Pensacola three years ago. Fitness has always been part of my story, thanks to growing up in an active family and playing club sports throughout my life. That background led me to discover my love for coaching and helping others build confidence through movement. In my classes, you can expect a supportive, uplifting environment with a balanced, challenging flow. My goal is for you to feel empowered, accomplished, and welcomed every time you step into the studio!

Hi, I’m Cassie! I’ve always had a strong passion for health, fitness, and helping others feel confident in their bodies. My background in medical aesthetics has deepened my appreciation for movement as a form of both physical and mental empowerment. Outside of the studio, I love nutrition, staying active, anything related to Bravo TV, and going to the beach whenever I can! In my Lagree classes, you can expect high energy, controlled tempo, intentional form cues, and a motivating playlist that keeps you pushing through the shakes. My goal is for you to leave feeling stronger, empowered, and proud of what your body can do.

Hi, I’m Carina! I'm excited to introduce myself as an instructor and one of the Front Desk staff members here at Lagree Pensacola! I grew up in Tampa, Florida and spent most of my life doing gymnastics. I later became a collegiate cheerleader at FSU (Go Noles! ), and now I'm bringing that same energy to the studio. I’m also the Social Media Manager for LP, so if you see me around with my camera, don't forget to smile! I’m so happy you're here, and I can't wait to meet you.
